As President & CEO of Global Relay, Warren provides the dynamism and vision that has positioned Global Relay as a market leader. His true talents are demonstrated as an innovative software architect. Warren's impetus for co-founding Global Relay and developing a solution to store electronic documents on a hosted basis came from his experience with CAD (computer aided design) technology in designing commercial and residential projects.

A life-long entrepreneur, Warren has been involved in the information technology sector for over 16 years. Warren enjoys hiking, sailing, skiing and squash.

As Global Relay's Executive VP & General Counsel, Shannon heads up Global Relay's regulatory compliance team, overseeing customer compliance related to the archiving, monitoring, auditing, privacy and business continuity requirements of highly regulated industries such as those governed by the SEC, FINRA (formerly NASD), IIROC/IDA Canada, FSA (UK) and HIPAA. Shannon is also responsible for Global Relay's legal and corporate governance issues, as well as being integral in establishing Global Relay's business relationships and global distribution network.

Shannon was recognized as one of the "Top 40 Lawyers Under 40", Lexpert's Rising Stars of 2006, honoring Canada's Top Lawyers and General Counsel under age 40. Shannon received her common law (LLB) and civil law (BCL) degrees from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Victoria. Before joining Global Relay, she practiced business and securities law at two national law firms, McCarthy Tetrault in Toronto, and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Vancouver. A native Vancouverite, Shannon enjoys outdoor activities, hiking and skiing.

As CTO, Duff has overall responsibility for Global Relay's Technical Development. With more than 16 years experience in the technology arena, Duff co-founded Global Relay after working in architecture and engineering CAD (computer aided design) projects. Duff brings leadership and drive in the development of Global Relay's infrastructure and proprietary systems.

Duff is a graduate of Okanagan University College specializing in Civil Engineering Technology and was the recipient of the Governor General's Bronze Collegiate Award for Academic Excellence. Duff enjoys skiing, mountain biking and woodwork.

Curtis steers Global Relay's strategic financial planning and oversees the company's day to day financial operations.

Curtis graduated from BCIT with a diploma of Technology in Financial Management, where he was awarded both the President's Scholarship and Top Business Student. Registered with the Certified General Accountants Association of BC, Curtis practiced accounting at a law firm and specialized in human resources at Electronic Arts before joining the Global Relay team. Curtis enjoys hockey, skiing, and is an accomplished pianist.

Glenn leads Global Relay's Customer Service team, specializing in Audit support, customer training and sales. Glenn's background is in marketing and he worked at a major radio station for five years prior to joining Global Relay. In the course of his career at Global Relay, Glenn has gained a reputation for his expertise in regulatory compliance issues.

Glenn graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and later completed the University of British Columbia's Internet Marketing program through the Sauder School of Business. Glenn enjoys sports, music and spending time with his wife and two kids.
