Advanced Flagging Rules prepare messages for review with automated keyword and phrase scanning, random sampling and message categorization. Our Compliance Wizard™ automates the review process, a single-click can assign a Priority, Shared Folder, Label & Status Flag (including Attorney-Client privilege) to one or more messages automatically.

Audit Trail

As per SEC Rules, the Message Archiver logs every action with each message containing a detailed Audit Trail. If audited, you may easily demonstrate how your organization has enforced its monitoring and compliance policies and procedures. If requested an Auditor account can be configured to provide access to messages that fall within the scope of an audit. All auditor actions are logged enabling the auditing of the auditor.
