Global Relay Introduces Seamless Import Capability for Autonomy Message Manager Events
New York - February 24, 2011 - Global Relay Communications recently announced the rollout of a new feature for Global Relay Archive: the capability to seamlessly map all audit trail data from messages previously archived in Autonomy Message Manager (formerly CA Message Manager). Global Relay is the leader in compliance archiving and messaging solutions.
When companies migrate from one message archiving system to another, audit data that was created in the legacy system can be lost in the transition. This can include key information, such as when a message was viewed, flagged for compliance or forwarded, or when a legal hold was applied. Global Relay's Message Archiver can now import any combination of message event types from Autonomy Message Manager and is fully customizable to meet customer's data mapping requirements.
Once a company's messages and their associated audit trail data are ingested into Global Relay's hosted message archiving system, customers have access to a powerful suite of compliance, audit and eDiscovery tools - including for historical messages.
"Typically, when companies change message archiving providers, they're forced to compromise. Either they continue running the legacy system in order not to lose their historical audit trails, or they simply lose those audit trails," said Shannon Rogers, President of Global Relay. "With our flexible import capabilities, companies can choose Global Relay as a single repository for all their message data - with absolutely no data loss."
Global Relay has a dedicated in-house Data Import/Export team to guide customers through the migration process and to ensure that all data is imported seamlessly and verifiably.
