On Wednesday February 16, 2011, Credit Suisse Prime Services hosted a CIO/CTO Forum entitled, "Building & Supporting an Institutional Infrastructure — Are We There Yet?" at their New York offices.

Warren Roy, CEO of Global Relay was featured as an expert panelist speaker on a panel discussion entitled, "Supporting Dodd-Frank Requirements". The panel discussion was focused around risk systems, disaster recovery, compliance systems, personal trading, archiving, reporting, and research.

In addition, the Forum featured topics such as running an efficient IT enterprise, current technology trends, finding IT talent and more. The Forum took place at the New York offices of Credit Suisse Prime services.

Credit Suisse Prime Services SEC Compliance Workshop:
Living in a Post-Registration World — What is the Impact on Your Business?

On February 2, 2011, Warren Roy, CEO of Global Relay was featured as a panelist speaker at the Credit Suisse Prime Services SEC Compliance Workshop for hedge funds, entitled "Living in a Post-Registration World — What is the Impact on Your Business?".

Credit Suisse Prime Services invited Global Relay to participate in the Workshop to help its clients gain understanding of the technology tools available to ensure compliance with SEC regulatory requirements.

Additional workshop topics included email archiving, maintaining a compliance calendar, monitoring personal trading/gifting, keeping a data warehouse to maintain trade data (for audit purposes), research management (to protect against insider trading allegations), and valuation/pricing.
