Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead Partner program business development activities via web demonstrations, conference calls, written communication and Sales training
  • Confidently demonstrate Global Relay suite applications to C-level Partners, prospects and existing customers
  • Identifying, negotiating and closing new strategic relationships that promote Global Relay's business and product strategy
  • Promote and demonstrate new Global Relay products and services to Channel Partners and Resellers
  • Create and lead Marketing and Sales campaigns; prepare related budgets, literature and materials as required
  • Control and administer Sales Administration, Sales Marketing, Customer Retention and Customer Collections
  • Provide training, collateral and commercials to all Partners before Global Relay product launches
  • Coordinate with Global Relay's Provisioning, Support, Accounting and Legal teams to promptly respond to partner/customer inquiries and questions
  • Increase new sales from current customers up sells and additional fees

Qualifications:

  • Goal oriented self-starter who is highly organized with great attention to detail; demonstrates creativity, resourcefulness and leadership
  • Excellent English communication skills, interpersonal, presentation and listening skills
  • Previous Sales or Channel Partner experience, ideally in the information technology sector
  • Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and close sales and generate new partnerships
  • Proven track record as measured by achievements of sales targets, customer satisfaction and business results
  • Understanding of cloud-based architecture, the SaaS business model and Sales cycle
  • Proven track record of recruiting and developing reseller relationships, managing sales teams and growing the business
  • Professional business manner with the ability to establish relationships at the highest level
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous direct experience with SalesForce or other CRM system is highly desirable
